We are based in Los Angeles, California and host our website in the United States (as opposed to many shady offshore internet businesses which are hosted in third world countries). This means that we must abide by the laws of the United States.

If we didn’t charge for shipping and handling we wouldn’t be able to cover our basic operating costs and offer you free overstock. Some of those costs include: shipping fees, handling labor, employee wages and benefits, insurance, warehouse rental, website maintenance, product packaging, etc.

Sorry, not at this time. Shipping fees to international destinations make it cost prohibitive to offer free products. We currently accept orders from United States customers only.

Yes, you can order as many items as you want, but the rule is, only one item per order. For example, let’s say among the items we’re giving away are watches and handbags. If you want two watches and one handbag, you would have to place two separate orders for the watches and another order for the handbag. Three orders in all. But there’s no limit to how many orders you can place just as long as the item(s) remains in stock.

It’s possible the postal service may have misrouted your order. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, contact us so we can help locate it.

Sure, but first you need to create your own account and log in using your email address and your order number. From there, you will be directed to your account page, which displays your order history and the status of your latest order.

Remember the popular saying: “Don’t look a gift horse in the mouth?” Since the items we provide are free overstock we cannot offer a guarantee or refund policy since there is no payment to refund! That said, we do stand by the products we offer and only post quality merchandise on our site.

Our return policy is that we allow no returns since the item was free in the first place and the whole premise of our company is to offload overstock, not to put it back on shelves. There’s no point in returning something if you won’t get any money back because nothing was bought or sold. We give our merchandise away.

No. Our margins are so small to begin with that we cannot reimburse or return the nominal shipping and handling fees that we charge customers. Even if you presume your order was lost in the mail or stolen, we cannot return your shipping and handling fee. But rest assured, more than 99.9% of customers receive their orders sound and intact.

Once an order is placed the fulfillment sequence is automatically initiated and cannot be stopped. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order that has already been placed.
